The AAT Level 2 Accounting qualification will teach you the foundation of double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing and control accounting. The AAT Level 2 Accounting course is suitable for you if you are already working in accounting and finance and want to validate your knowledge and skills or wish to change your career or return to work after a break. Yes, there are four units in this course, and each one is assessed in computer-based assessments/exams. A 90-minute computer assessment assesses all four units (except unit 4). Unit 4 – The Business Environment has a combined 2-hour assessment called the business environment synoptic (BESY). The BESY unit assesses knowledge from 3 units (Introduction to Bookkeeping, Principles of Bookkeeping Controls and the Business Environment).

We conduct these lessons (classroom and live lessons) on Monday – Saturday in the morning (10:30), afternoon (12:30), and evening (18:30). Every month, we start a new batch for this course.

In self-paced distance learning, you can start and study anytime when you are ready. Once the course is purchased, the course coordinator will email or call you to start your studies.

You must register with AAT to take the assessment/exam and get certified. AAT registration is a one-off fee, valid for the course’s lifespan (until AAT offers the course). There will be an additional fee for the assessment/exam. The assessment/exam fee is payable to the exam centre directly.

The registration fee for this course is £175/-, which is payable directly to AAT. Alternatively, you can pay us, and we will assist you in getting you registered with AAT.
